The Brennan Remodel

This unique project is the remodel and addition to a Cotswald Cottage located in South Tampa. The Cotswald design is from England and is sometimes called the storybook style or more commonly, the Tudor. Special features include the roof, steep arch gables, arched doorways and brick mad copper. The addition used historical materials as well as materials moved from the existing structure to the new addition. New comforts and energy efficiency were added to the existing structure while maintaining the look of the turn of the century tudor. This three year project was completely designed and completed by Chuck Hunt, Jr..
