Commercial Construction
The Palm Plaza
The Palm Plaza sits on 7 acres on prime frontage on South Florida Avenue which is the North South commercial corridor for major retailers and restaurant chains. This site was initially utilized as a drive in movie theatre in the early to mid-1970’s followed by construction of the existing building by Walmart Stores in 1984. The building was later occupied by a Scotty’s hardware store and was then subdivided into a Staple’s.
The Palm Plaza now houses three tenants, Planet Fitness, ABC Fine Wine and Spirits as well as Staples.
Red Door Wine Market
This building was originally constructed as a home in the 1930’s and is located off Lake Morton in Lakeland. Design work and construction by Hunt Constructions transformed this to a beautiful restaurant featuring a bright red door.
Brooks Law Group
This commercial space was originally a bicycle shop in the 1940’s in Winter Haven. The building was updated with modern amenities offering energy efficiency and modern comforts while using historical materials to create an industrial interior design that features glass, exposed duct work and antique materials.
Pansler Law Firm
Located on the corner of Pine Avenue and Florida Avenue this historical building served as a gas station at the turn of the century. The entry way was constructed at an angle on Florida Avenue creating an eye catching entrance. The interior detail work is exquisite using woods such as cherry and maple.
